This website is operated by Monita Creations Inc., based in Montreal, Quebec. Throughout this website, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Monita Créations. These terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store.

Products and personalization

Our products are made to order. Please review product descriptions, size guides, colours and personalization details before purchasing.

You are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, sizes and other instructions, along with clear photos where required. You must have permission to use any photos, artwork or logos you submit. You authorize us to use those materials to prepare and fulfil your order.

Product photos and mockups illustrate the intended appearance. Colours may vary slightly between screens and finished products, and handmade items may have minor variations. These variations do not affect your legal rights if an item is defective or does not match its description.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout.

If an item becomes unavailable or we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to discuss a correction, alternative or cancellation. Payments for items we cannot supply will be refunded.

Production and delivery

Please allow 10–14 days for production unless the product listing states otherwise. Shipping time is additional.

If a design proof is provided, production may depend on receiving your approval. We will communicate any significant changes to the expected timeline.

Please consult our Shipping Policy for delivery details. Contact us if your order is delayed, lost or damaged so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Because products are made to order, we may be unable to accommodate changes or voluntary cancellations once production begins. This does not limit cancellation rights provided by law.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for made-to-order products. Damaged, defective or incorrectly made items are addressed under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Website content

Our original website content, photographs and designs may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You must not use our website for unlawful activities, submit fraudulent orders or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through our store is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable Canadian laws, subject to any mandatory protections available where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes legal warranties or limits rights and remedies that cannot legally be waived.
